+Confirm vendor contract orders and details.
Timeline & Layout Management:

+Work with DJ/Band to establish timing for key moments.
On-site Day-of Services:
+On-site day-of services with a coordinator and assistant (up to 8 hours).

Décor Set-up and Clean-up:
