We review the plans you have created, finalize logistics, build a detailed wedding-day timeline, communicate with your vendor team, coordinate the rehearsal, and oversee the execution of your wedding day so you and your loved ones can be fully present.

+A standard planning timeline

+Vendors, contracts, and major planning decisions already secured

Final investment is customized based on guest count, number of venues, wedding-day coverage, logistical needs, setup requirements, vendor complexity, and the overall complexity of the celebration.

For larger guest counts, multiple venues, extended coverage, extensive decor setup, or celebrations requiring additional coordination support, a custom proposal will be created.
